just wanted to know if this was normal, hes a few months old and very healthy, he eats about 20 gut fed crickets a day and i have a dripper going half the day, and i mist 2-3 times. i noticed there are bite marks in the leaves of the pothos in his cage, is he eating cause he need the moisture or because he may want fruit????
thanks for your help:eek:

Pothos is safe, but too much of it is not. Try offering more greens into his diet such as kale, collard greens, mustard greens, and dandelion leaves.

Hi! Yes it's fine for them to eat, that's why it's on the safe plants list :). Beliefs like the veggies and fruit. If you offer them daily, he may stop eating the plants (or he may not lol!)

Good choices are leafy greens, mustard greens, strawberries(as a treat, very sweet), steamed yams.

Be careful with kale, it contains a lot of oxalis which can bind calcium, the same reason you should avoid things like broccoli.

Doesn't kale contain mainly calcium? I just got some for a part of my feeder gutload.

I read on Sandrachameleons blog that it is good for calcium but it contains oxalic acids which bind the absorption of calcium.

It's fine to use sometimes but not as a regular daily staple.
