would a 65 gallon basic reptarium be good for an adult male or female veiled chameleon?

Is it the Apogee brand? I've never used one, but see them at shows frequently. If we are talking about the same product, they seem to be well-made. My biggest problem with most commercial cages is that the wire mesh is too fine for larger chams. They get in a habit of being able to climb it, but by the time they reach 4-6 inches, their toes no longer fit, but they still try. The 65's are 36X18" and pretty tall, if I remember right. That would be a decent size for a veiled, certainly plenty of room for most females.

It would be fine for a female, but a male should be in the next larger size.

The other problem with the 65 is that it zips on the ends rather than in the front. Kind of a pain.
