veiled and yemen

Are veiled and yemen chameleons the same because my friend said they weren't but when you look up veiled chameleons it will come up with veiled and yemen chameleons??

I would also like to confirm that they are indeed one in the same They just go by various names!

Like the prior members said they are the same but they are called veiled chameleons more and they come from Yemen .
