my female veiled is always green, sometimes she will turn dark, if she is cold. but i have 3 veiled's so i would say brown isn't normal for an all time basis, but i could be wrong.

this is pretty much my veileds normal color
they usually only turn brown when they are either stressed out/upset or cold
