im currently using a 12.0 arcadia t8 and it seems a bit much for my chameleons eyes. i have a 5.0 arcadia on hand should i use it? i was told by the store that he will get mbd if i did.

Alot of keepers here use the Arcadia 6.0 bulb so the 5.0 should be sufficient. I personally use a 10.0 reptisun bulb with no issues. 5.0 wasnt enough in my chams cage since its heavily planted.

i have lots of plastic plants. how high should the uvb be?

How big is your cage? if 2x2x4 use the T8 and add more plants and more branches at different levels.

still got the smaller cage. gonna upgrade soon to 2x2x4.

so i should go with my 5.0 then? also i think i would need to change the amount of times i feed with d3 its 2 times max a month. i also have repashy LoD on hand is that a good option
