Uvb lights vs height?

Do I need two T5 uvb lights with 6% for my new 120cm enclosure or just one?
No hun. You want one that runs the length and only a 6%. Two of them will over radiate the cham. your 120 cm is almost 4 feet. So you want the 4 foot t5ho fixture. The bulbs are two inches shorter then the fixtures. So you want the 46 inch bulb. Are you looking at single bulb fixtures?

Post a photo of your cage please.

The terrarium is not with me at the moment. I’m waiting for it to arrive. Its 120cm tall and its 80cm and 60cm on base

Yes. Now I get the question but when I started reading it in the first place everything got mixed in my head. By the way its 2 in the morning and I am super tired hahahaha
Ok single bulb fixture... Weird that they have 5% and 10% there in the arcadia bulbs but I would go with the 5% and have basking 9 inches below the fixture sitting directly on the cage top.

It is 80cm(31.4 inches) wide and 60cm(23.6 inches) deep.
That gives you some options.
Side to Side you could use a 30" (76cm) fixture
Front to back, you could use a 24" (61cm) fixture
Diagonally (corner to corner) you could use a 36" (91cm) fixture.

You only need ONE UVB bulb—just one of the above options—not all three.
However you could use a double (twin) fixture, and put a 6500K plant light in the second slot.
