Update on the whole family -PIC HEAVY-

so it has been a bit since some of my guys got any screen time, and a few have asked how the gang in doing so here they r.
all except Mr, Maliki, who is in Ottawa with Trace hopefully making cristatus babies

first off is Camo, who got my started and countinues to be the biggest trooper ever living on with out his tounge. love this guy soo much

My thoughts are - Wow! What a gorgeous group of chameleons! I love the babies all sleeping on the branch, bless them!

They all look great Hoj. How is Momma today? Have you been able to sex the younger quads yet? You have a good picture of a face I swear it a female, I am sure the other it a male, drag - now you have 3 males and only one female?? Have Trace or I taught you nothing? Need better pictures of the other quad. Keep up the good work, but slow down on the chams you are passing some of us longer (not older) keepers.

Hoj has things going in the right direction Laurie! The more chams the better as far as I am concerned! Sadly, I have only got enough room for 3, but Monty doesn't really count since he is only a tiddler yet! If I had a spare room (hint hint kids - move out time!!!) I would have more!

Now Tiff do you really think Hoj should have more chams than you or even me, if you don't count the babies? Sounds a bit piggish to me. Never should have sent the deremensis to him. maybe I will take them back after he grows them a bit.

Yes, kick those kids to the curb. I use the logic that if the kid is older than the cham the kid can move out. heheheh

But then I have only 1 kid and 2 grandkids, so the fact that she left me is ok -- I guess

Laurie, you are too funny! I guess you can have as many chams as you have room for whoever you are! I like to give each of mine special attention though - I think 3 is the limit for me, especially with a baby cham and my poor old Tommy to care for and the possibility of Amy's imminent second clutch! All I know is that if only the kids would hurry up and move out then I could have my long awaited reptile room! I currently have 3 cham vivs and two crestie set ups in my lounge/family room! Just as well the kids are older and spend all thier time in their rooms anyway!

@ Laurie, Momma is doing well today she had her medicine on a silkworm so that was a highlight for her im sure, the mouth dosent look any better or worse so i take that as a good sign

oh and there is a pic of my male cristatus in the photo contest for anyone to see.....hint hint

You and I will have to duke it out in the photo contest this month but I wouldn't bet against your picture it's really nice Hows the treatment coming on the female quad? Do you know the sex of the three new ones? one male two female?

thx suzi, and clark momma seems to be just the same which is all i can ask for at this point at least it is not progressing, and yes the deremensis are a 1.2 all unrelated so breeding options are there. best of luck to you as well in the photo contest there are always so many great pics.

cheers! mate, exactly that why i now have a dubia breeding colony, superworm beatles making lil ones, and i have been having great luck breeding crickets. i counted the other day and i had 8 different feeders
