Is it a pupating meal worm?? We found it with the mealworms and it wiggles when I pick it up with tweezers, nuts it's head and legs are folded. It's creepy. Haaalp what will this turn into?

When it turns into a beetle is it okay for them to eat still?

I wouldn't feed them the beetle because they have a hard exoskeleton and it could pose as a digestion hazard for you cham.

we got them as a treat for once in a blue moon. They get dusted crickets and dubias.

I don't know why it quoted me like that.. yes we got them a long time ago to be a treat for once in a blue moon. We treat the girls with horn worms also. More often hornworms though as they're hydrating and nutritious as well as juicy and fun to eat for them!
We're trying to get our girls to eat dubias as a staple more than crickets, so we have a colony that's working on breeding.
Our adult veiled girls eat non D3 calcium dusted crickets every other day with roaches. Once a week they eat the same bugs with D3 and multiviatmin dusting.
Our baby Jackson won't touch roaches yet, and all of ours are you big for him, but I plan I getting him on them as well. He eats every day as he is a juvenile still.
