Typical Age That Veileds Are Sold

I bought my first chameleon in early January, and he is doing great! He is male veiled chameleon about a foot long, or 7" snout to vent. When I bought him, though, I forgot to ask what age he was. At the time of purchase, he was about 3.5" snout to vent. I know it is impossible to guess exactly how old he was when I bought him, but can anyone offer an estimate? I'm curious about how old he really is.

Thanks!

It's hard to guess.....could be anywhere from 3 to 6 months. In my album below I have pics of my male veiled at all different ages....maybe that will help. Jann

I agree. Anywhere between 3 - 6 months is a good guess. They all grow at different rates so you may have a young big one or an old small one! :p Can you contact the seller at all and ask? I was lucky enough to know my guys hatching day! :D
