Tropical or desert uvb

The reason I ask is because my veild chameleon is in a 36*18*18 cage with a 18 inch t8 15watt tropical series 25 but I'm just now learning I needed a desert UVB wth? Is this true ?.....!!!!!!

Tropical series is what you want Make sure your animal can get within 8 inches of the bulb. Place it as close to the basking bulb as possible.

Hi, i have some of these exact bulbs on my reptiles and i am fortunate enough to have a uvb meter to test A desert series/10.0 bulb is just fine also and is recommended for use on heavily planted cages. Either bulb is ok and work great within recommended range of bulb.

Note: People that state 10.0 or desert series bulbs have to much radiation, probably read this somewhere and/or was told by a source that probably read it also.
