A few, but I'm still not a fan of posting them, do I lose my rights on them when they were uploaded with imageshack or others ?

You can just watermark your images with a copyright logo next to it.

If you know how to use photoshop it can be done, otherwise you can look into some programs like this http://www.winwatermark.com/

Damn ! Where do you guys all find the those tempelis ?

They are being brought into the US fairly regularly, from what I've seen at least (though I don't know what the quota is). At a show a few weeks ago there was a female Tempeli in with some T. Jacksonii Merumontanus. When I pointed it out, the dealer just kept telling me it's a female merumontanus.
