hey i have a quick question. I currently have 1 high translucent female veiled and i have the opportunity to get a male next week. My question is what would happen if i bred the high trans with one of my reg males i already have? and even if i did buy the high trans male am i guranteed to get trans babies? thanks

This doesn't answer your question in any way at all but what are the differences in the high trans and regs???

If you breed a high trans to a reg, you have a chance of getting normal babies, and trns babies, but the norm babies will carry a genetic marker for trans.
you are not guarenteed anything with a trans and trans pairing, as trans gene is recessive,m and its a mutation of a reg cham.

trans veileds have white/pink patches of skin. sort of like albinoism.

go on flchams.com website, and look at veiled morphs, you can see pix of a trans.

With a trans male and female, since both are certain to carry the genetics for trans, you have an increased chance of some of the babies also appearing trans

Ok, I suppose they are like getting platinum clownfish from 2 Picasso clowns (I used to have a reef tank) does this make them worth more?

trans often sell for more, yes

I have no idea why, I think they are so ugly!

A lot of ugly things are also beautiful. For example, human newborns covered in that cottage cheese looking stuff look like aliens to me, but they're also slightly cute. Or swamps, they're dirty and messy but you can't help but be in awe at their beauty when there's a sunset. :D

good point. My fathers bull mastiff is so ugly (big wrinkled head) she's adorable. and swamps are indeed awesome.
