Friendly Grasshopper
so i went to the CRBE in Mississauga this past weekend and had a great time.
i thought i would put up a few pics from the show.
i acctually didnt take many and none of chams LoL, there was the usuall panthers and veileds, afew really nice translucent veileds and some rudis, the big standout was a really nice mellers but when i went back to snap a pic it was gone
anyway here ya go
a really cool parrot and flamango and another little guy
this snake was very kool
i think it is a green tree boa...but i know nothing about snakes
this guy was huge, but very friendly
one cool part was Tom Crutchfield was there and gave a speach on "40 years in the reptile hobby" it was a pretty cool talk.... well there was also a book sale booth there and i picked up a copy of "the stolen world" a book about reptile smuggling and largley about Tom himself ( from my understanding ) so i decided to take the chance itroduced myself and kindly asked him to sign the book, he very nicley obliged and singed it.
the inside cover with Toms siginature... kinda cool i think
oh and and a good visit with dear Trace,
i didnt grab much besides my book, a bunch o bugs and a few mistkings parts but it was definatly a great time, and good to get out and say hi to some fellow keepers and friends.
thanks for looking
