I really doubt that poor diet could cause such a problem in just 3 months. The too high temps might though.
Also, it doesn't seem like it cools down much at night. Is that the temperature in your house at night or are you doing anything to keep the cage warm? If you are, please stop because they benefit from a cooler, dark night.
Your gutloading and prey selection is inadequate, IMHO. Your chameleon could be suffering from a deficiency.
Did the problem start all of a sudden, or did it slowly get worse?
Check out this blog entry: https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/232-tongue-troubles.html
and I agree the temp is too high for a female.

Try posting pics as soon as posible so that they can helpIm starting on taking care of chams. So im not that experienced, but sometimes i could help or ask someone else. By the way do you get your feeders from the guy at quebradillas? Is he reliaable? No sabes de alquien que tenga otra variedad de insectos ademas de los grillos, mealworms y superworms en PR? Te lo agradeceria mano!
