timer troubles

i got a new timer from the home depo and it works okay, but it has 2 red knobs and 2 green knobs. The green knobs represent when the light turns on and the red is when it turns off. You slid them on the circular clock in the center of the devise. Only problem is that all the things have to be down...it worked a few weeks ago but today it stopped. What heppens is it turns on at 6 am then turns off at 7 and turns back on at 8am....how do i fix it???

disable 1 red and one green. there should be two up and two down. if you got the one im thinking about. i had one like that before.
