You could do the following in a few minutes...

Get the hubble to drill some small holes (so crickets dont escape) in the center something like this but in a circle not a diamond i guess. lol Then put a 5 gal bucket under it. That much misting will need a drainage setup for sure.

Put your main plant on some short plant stand/ring so water will drain under it. Its a small ring that has very short feet under it so water can drain under it. I get mine at lowes.

But if Ur missing the entire cage and only the middle has holes won't some of the water on the sides puddle up

I drilled a hole in the middle, no puddling so far, maybe because the base is plastic lined with flexible plastic liner? The plant seems to weigh it down so all the water drains.

More pics! Got a replacement phone through insurance. Family keep asking me what mood she's in when she gets the white stripe, but I have no idea!
