Time adjustments.

If you have to adjust the time that your chams lights go on, and off by a few hours what would be the best method to achieve this?

Would it be better to change the times gradually over a long period of time, or just make the change all at once?

thats all up to you, personally id adjust an hour a day, for a few days and see what happens...

ive only had to adjust by an hour or so total so im not sure on more then that.... affected my cham none...

Small change? then immediate is fine.
Big change (over an hour)? then do it in stages over a few days or weeks.
