So I have been looking at Jasper and I think he is a she... My cham has a little "nubbin" on the rear legs, but it is a very soft green color. Does age have anythig to do with (if he is a he) when the colors show up?

I assume you are speaking of a veiled. Yes, the tarsal spur means you have a male.The bars will staart to come in around 3 to 4 months and the barring will intensify from their. If you have a male, he will color up.
Do you know what the father looks like? If so, you may have a partial idea what yours will look like as an adult.

When babies male and females have about the same colors but the spur on the heel means it's a boy. Look at this post from earlier. I have my male and female pictures there Luie & Camille and you can compare.
