The "Lone" hatchling

Hi, In June I purchased a wild caught Ambilobe female Chameleon. She laid a clutch of only 8 eggs on July 22nd. Seven of them were infertile, and became moldy within a few weeks. Only one egg remained from the original eight. I was actually tempted a few times to just discard it, assuming she just laid an infertile clutch. But, since that one egg remained looking good I kept it. I incubated it at about 78 degrees for 4 weeks, then 68 degrees for 6 weeks, and then back to 78 degrees for the remainder of the incubation. When I checked the incubator on December 3rd. I found that the egg had already hatched after only 5 months. It may have actually hatched a few days earlier, since I had not been checking the incubator, not expecting any eggs to have hatched so soon. I was a bit worried about the hatchling, since it only incubated for five months. But, he (I think it is a "he") is eating, drinking and doing great. Since it is a hatchling from eggs from a wild caught female, I do not know what it will turn out to look like. I can't wait for him to grow and get his colors to see how he turns out. Here are a few (bad, cell phone) pictures. I will take better ones when I can. Thanks.

Update on "Lucky"

Here are a few photos of the almost three-week-old baby Ambilobe. It's interesting that I had already named him Lucky, before I read the posts saying that would be a good name for him. Thanks.
