Temperature in the night !

Its a good idea to have a 10 to 15 degree drop in temps for night time sleeping. What kind of cham do you have? I know for veileds or panthers those temps are perfectly fine without having to use any nightime heating elements.

the temps will get warmer summer is coming , but for now i wasnt sure that i get the right temp in the night. so i dont need night heater ?

you only need a night heater if the temps drop below like 60, some even go down to 50, but i personally wouldnt.

Yeah your cham should be fine at night with those temps. No need for any nightime bulbs or anything. Just be sure the cage has dried before lights out. I mist my cages about 2 hrs before I turn off the lights for the night. That gives the cage 2hrs to dry out fully. You just dont want to have a wet cage when they sleep. That can cause Upper Resp Infections.

No problem. Good luck with new baby and plz post pics after he/she has a cpl of days to settle in.

If you'd like us to go over your set up for you we will. Just post pics and we can tell you if everythings ready for the little guy/gal.
