The teenage phase is around 4-7 months of age, correct?

you mean juvenile/? I don't know, I have seen different classifications as far as age. Kammerflage names juveniles from 5 months to 12 months, babies from 0-4 months and after that I guess they are considered adults

There is no actual classification as all chams grow up differently but I'd say that those are pretty good ranges if you want to classify your cham.
