Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking? Auto-misting systems mists every 4 hours for 1 minute. Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity? 50%-70% daytime, +80% at night. I use a mister, fogger, and hand mist if necessary.
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind? 4 plastic Exo Terra plants, one live pothos, about to repot an umbrella plant to place in there.
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor? Top hight is 6 1/2 ft. off the floor. In my room. There are fans, but do not reach the cage. Not very high traffic.
Location - Where are you geographically located? Colorado, 7,000 ft. above sea level.
Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.
Yoshi has had this shed on his casque that has probably been there for around a month. Everywhere else sheds fine, but his casque takes forever. There are also a few spots on his body. I don't think there's a humidity issue, unless my hygrometer is wrong.
