Aww, what GREAT looking specimen!!! Makes me miss mine I had.. :( But Congrats!!! Meller's are by far my favorite chams that I've had!! Mine had an awesome personality!!! Good Luck with him/her!! :)

Thats awesome!!! Ohh BEWARE they drink ALOTTTT ha..mine would sit right under the mist nozzel and gullllp at ther water till it turned off! It was so funny to watch! And his/her tounge was so huge compaired to the veileds! :p hehe...kk sounds good I'll talk to you tomorrow!

hmm a female?im not sure if i need to get a female or a male cause dont know if arley is male or female an wont know for awhile, but wouldnt mind eventually having a pair.. I said it earlier its something bout there face an total look... there just awesome!!!!

I don't know how long you waited to get him/her but I know my year long wait to get my first quad was crazy.

looking at the few photos make me feel the wait was worth it. I'm sure you agree.

That's why I picked the name "Arley". If it's a male you could change it to Farley, Harley, etc. or female Carley, Marley, etc. Or you could change it to whatever you like. Seeing everyone's excitement and especially Rob's makes me happy and know I made the right choice for Arley.

awww "blushes" thanks donna an yea im excited to have arley, thanks again my daughter also fell in love with arley an he/she will be well taken care of, cant wait till arley settles in a bit get more pics get the length an weight so i can post on the flux update thread.

After working with melleri for a while now and after raising some younguns and adults alike (both CB and WC), here's my sure fire method for telling the sexes apart:................(drum roll please)................... Whatever I think it is - it always turns out to be the opposite. :D

Arley went to a great home and I'm sure you will do great with him/her, Rob.

LOL I'm glad you cleared that up for us Julie. My guess is that Arley is a he just because.

HA HA .... my very first melleri was huge. I named him Pac Man - I was sure he was a boy. Even by the way he looked at me, I was positive. When he finally passed away, the necropsy showed that either he had some abnormality in his insides, or he was a she. ;):)
