Swollen Chameleon Casque

Hi everyone, I noticed the other day when feeding my chameleon Norbert his casque was abnormally large. When I touched it, it felt soft and squishy, as if there was fluid in it. He is a veiled, about 9 months old, and I have not noticed any other change in his behavior or appearance. I have no idea what is wrong, it seemed to happen overnight so I don't think it's due to extra fat being stored. Any suggestions would be great, and I have attached two pictures. Thanks!

In the colder months, this can happen but it can also be more indicative of other issues if there are any. May I know your lighting and supplementation schedule?

Both his heat light and UVB light are on from 6am until 8pm. I give his crickets a calcium block, and turtle food (which I have stopped giving the crickets in the past few days as I have read that probably is not the best thing to give them). I also dust the crickets with Repashy Superfoods calcium plus (which has vitamins in addition to calcium) about twice a week.

Update: I’ve been giving his crickets collard greens and kale and since my first post I noticed a white spot on the top sides of his casque. He still is acting fine and didn’t seem to be in pain when I was looking at it. Here are some new pictures
