sweet mini peppers for gut loading crickets?

I bought organic sweet mini peppers (came in a bag with orange, red and yellow ones) and I thought they could be a good addition to the gut load I feed the crickets? I haven't found anything definitive on the internet on whether they're okay to use for gut loading or not so wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts on them. Thanks

I buy those when they're on sale to gut load my bugs, great source for vitamin C and carotene.

yes they are great for gut loading, also try baby food ; sweet potatoes , fruit melody , bananas ,peas and no cabbage , spinage calicum binders NOT GOOD AT ALL good luck and gut loading can be a adventure expirment
