sup! i have the Herptivite w/ calcium and thats it. what supplements do i need and how do i distribute them

I feed my Veiled everyother day and everyother time that I feed him I use just plain Calcium. Twice a month I use Calcium with D3 and once a month I use a Multivitamin. On the days that I use the D3 or Multivitamins I do not use the plain Calcium.......these count as the Calcium because they have Calcium in them. Here's where I get them:
