Very immature kid he just laughed and said she ate 3 superworms before being shipped out! He lied im trying to save this poor girl

yeah that is what I said, but he seemed like he didn’t care and it seems like she was just left in a cage w nothing to eat or drink! I tear up when I am holding her she is clinging to life! My poor Pearl I can only imagine what she is going through fighting for her life and trying to produce that calcium for her eggs it gets me very mad ! Yes the vet did give her fluids and I am injecting her every 3 days. Everyday I feel like im loosing her even more. Yes the temps here are about 70. She has no strentgh to even be in a 18x18 she fell one time frm the branch. Took her to the vet rhey said she was not harmed you think I should get a carrier and out her in their w a light? Yes, definitely put her in a hospital bin. It’s just a plastic bin with a plant (preferably something with vines, like pothos) that she can hold on to and drink from and maybe a small branch or two for her to hold on to. If she is needing additional heat during the day, be very very careful to place it far enough away so she won’t get overheated or baked. Same with uvb. Did your vet take any x rays to ensure that she isn’t egg bound? I don’t know who is telling you to cut her open to save the eggs, but imo, that is barbaric. Even if she might appear to have passed away, it is difficult to tell with certainty because of their metabolism. It’s usually best to have a vet make that determination if you are even thinking about trying to remove the eggs is she passes. Even vets can have difficulty determining when reptiles have truly passed away, even when they euthanize them.
