Superworms & Crickets As A Staple

Anyone using Superworms along with Crickets as a staple in the diet of Panthers? Mine love the Supers and Crickets. Supers are easier on me. In addition to these 2 feeders, I also use Phoenix Worms, Butter Worms, Horn Worms, Blue Bottle Flies, Dubia... I'm talking staple not sole diet. Thoughts?

Its best to try and stay away from any type of staple and have at least 5 different feeders. Try not to let any single feeder make up more than 20-30% of the diet. Supers also have the "addiction" effect where a chameleon might stop eating any other feeder if they get supers too much. Some will go back to eating other insects if they are starved for long enough, but some just wont eat anything else once they are hooked (which is obviously not ideal.)
