Sunshine state??? What???

Well, would you look at that? California and Nevada get more sun than Florida, haha. Nice find Tyler.

Although Interesting information, it doesn't really make me feel any better.....Can you find some statistics on Michigan :D LOL

Naw, we're good... It's still in the mid 80's here during the day, cool enough at night that sleeping with the windows open feels great. We are getting some smoke today from the So Cal fires, but the sun is always shining here.

Don't worry he'll be hating it soon enough...
When that high pressure he's enjoying breaks down

He'll be getting all of our second hand smoke blowing in for days.
Ty, you might wanna start sleeping with the windows closed for awhile. ;)

Meanwhile....
Our next disaster to prep for... winter rains, flash floods and mudslides!
If not that, MAJOR drought and water rationing.

No problem...

No signs of smoke lately... Seems like the only natural disasters we experience in Southern Nevada is secondhand smoke from California every other year. I was reading something about "Natural Disasters, State by State" a year or so ago, and Nevada's "natural disaster threat" was wildfires... I don't know what would burn. There's no plants around Las Vegas that are any higher than 3' tall.

When I was planning to move out to Las Vegas I was trying to convince myself that it was just a flat, dry, plantless, Southern California. I still can't get over the fact that resturants don't have a grading system. I'm sad I didn't get hired by Metro, but happy to still be in Cali.
