Summer is here for southern california. This is the first year in summer i have owned a chameleon. My room gets so hot and my chameleon cage is about 83 degree. What is the temperature for a chameleon cage from if its really hot outside like in the 90's. If his cage is already 83-87 degrees should i turn off the lights or is that fine. thanks. And the heat will it help more for him to shed ? thanks.. i really appreciate it.

fill out the how to ask for help form and elaborate, not all chameleons are the same. we need to know the species etc.
