Suggestion on Panther?

I am doing research with plans to get my first Chameleon sometime early next year (sooner maybe?). I would like to get a panther but with all the locals I am a bit turned around.

I will not lie, I would prefer a 'cheaper' one. I have no intention of breeding so 'breeder quality' is not so much of an issue. I know I want a male. I have heard that sometimes crosses are cheaper? Is there a certain local that runs for less than others?

I suggest browsing our sponsors or google. You will quickly get an idea on pricing and what locales cost more than others. Crosses are cheaper.

Crosses usually are quite a bit cheaper, especially from smaller breeders. I also buy quite a bit from the Chameleon Company, which usually has gorgeous pure males for under $200 - I bought both of my males for $150. Most of the time the popular locales will go for $200-250+

I have done a lot of google searches the last few days but it seems any local can vary from $100-$300 so I'm having a hard time working out what is what cost wise. Chameleon Company certainly has the lowest prices I've seen thus far.

If you're looking to get a panther then I would check out Screameleons. They specialize in panthers and you might find one you like. Or scratch that. I don't think their very cheap.
