stuck shed

my 10 month old panther cham has a little bit of stuck shed on the underside of his tail near the base. he was had it here for a little over a week and i have tried showers, a wet q-tip and keeping the humidity up but it just wont come off. Any help would be great! thanks

A picture would help... I'd keep on misting with lukewarm water every day, and go to the vet if it won't come off... just don't pull

its a tough spot for a picture.. and he is sleeping right now but the stuck shed is a very small amount and its right behind his "bulge" on his tail.. it just dosn't want to come off

And you're sure it's a shed and not a sperm plug?

Just leave it alone. As long as it is not restricting blood flow in anyway he should be fine. It is not necessary to to take to a vet from what you are describing.

yeah I'm sure, it is behind his bulge it is shed
