Stuck shed or something else?

Hey everyone! Happy Halloween! I hope your day/night has been going well! I was wondering if anyone could help me identify this white lump on my girls elbow?

I can’t tell if it’s shed or something else. I poked it with a q-tip and it didn’t move or anything

Also Nachito was super upset.
Heres some photos of her (and I would love a take on her cask, does she look like she’s putting on weight?)

It’s been around for while, I thought it was shed but it hasn’t gone away the last few sheddings

I’d take her into the vet to have the lump biopsied, it could be a multitude of things

legs/joints look swollen. Shed looks normal.

Yes her ankles are swollen, it’s been an ongoing issue for the last year and we have been to many vet visits about it.

I’ll see if I can get a appointment but unfortunately it may be a struggle due to lack of a car at college

Could you get an uber/lyft/rideshare, have a friend with a car drop you off, or something along those lines for when you get your appointment? I’m not saying what she has is bad, but if it is, you don’t want it to spread. I’m hoping it’s benign, wishing you and Nachito the best of luck!
