Hi all! I know you don't suppose to pet your cham often, and I try not to, but today something strange, nice strange, happened! I put my finger close to my 4 month old ambilobe and he rub his cheek on it! He was just itch I suppose but it was so nice!:)
 
I KISS my chameleon!!. If your chameleon doesn't mind, then I don't see anything wrong with it!!! If he is constantly flaring up and hissing or something, then I would not do it. There is such a stigma about handling. There are plenty of people on here who interact and handle their chameleons and they live long happy lives. I do not believe in the stress shortens their life theory. Just my opinion....
 
I like your opinion!:D Especially because is so hard stay away from him!!
He seems happy and relaxed.. He started to eat for the first time 12 h after I got it, straight from my hand! I think is a good sign! :D
 
yes, I would just keep interacting with him. It makes it much easier to move them or clean their cages or whatever when they are nice!!!!
