Strange Veiled Behaviour

Ok so yesterday I made a thread about dripping water, from a wet paper towel, on top of my male Veiled's casque and letting the droplets flow down to his mouth to try to get him to drink. Well today I did the same thing, along with something else. A while back I took a wet paper towel and gently pressed it against the front of his muzzle, to try to get him to realize it was wet and to see if he would stick his tongue out to lick it, but instead he kinda pushed at it; like a cat will sometimes head butt someone to get them to pet them . Today he did the same thing but also opened his mouth up a bit after pressing . What are everyone's thoughts on this?

He didn't like it. He was probably trying to make it go away so he pushed it. My veiled will headbutt the camera because he doesn't like it. Then he will open his mouth and hiss if he feels it's needed to "scare" it off.

Ok thanks. I wasn't sure what to think, and still not completely sure though, because neither time did he hiss, he just slightly opened his mouth the second time. And when he's pushing he's not doing so violently like when you see two wild males really going at it, but rather slightly, but continually pushing forwards. Neither time did he show signs of being threatened, or aggression other than the slightly opened mouth.

I've others do similar things to the pushing but not super aggressively. then it's like they half attempt to hiss but end up just opening their mouth then closing it.

That's great! Not great that they are pushing the paper towel's and camera, but great that I now know for sure why he's doing it. Thank you.
