strange mark

The other day mia spotted my male cham and obviously weren't happy about it anyway while she showed her angry colors I noticed a bit of her skin didn't go black, once she went back to her happy normal colors that mark has stayed put, its like a yellowish color and up until she got mad that mark hadn't showed before. Does anyone know what it is? Im pretty certain it can't be a burn and she doesn't get close enough to the heat to burn herself.. I can't get a vet appointment until after the new year when her own vet is back as I like her to see the same one she's known from being a baby so in the mean time any ideas? It doesn't seem to be bothering her, I'll only worry myself stupid until we see the vet so I thought posting the pic may give me a bit of peace of mind until then.
