Strange bumps on Molly's head?

There have been these two strange bumps on molly's head, on is larger than the other. They are between her eyes on the bridge of her nose/ forehead I guess. I thought they may be abscesses from her eye infections or cysts, but when we poked an 18 gauge needle into them today all we got was blood, no draining of puss or cystic fluid. Has anyone else seen this? Maybe someone else has had a chameleon with these bumps. I have one picture that shows them, but I can't get a better picture because we currently have no good working cameras.

Usually the "pus" in abcesses on chameleons is about the consistency of cottage cheese...so you won't be able to draw it out with a needle. I would recommend that you take her to a vet and have the vet look after them. He/she can clean them out if need be and do a culture and sensitivity test on the "pus" to determine what antibiotic is needed.

Okay, yeah chances are we just didn't make a big enough hole. I just didn't want to hurt her. I did bring her to a vet, I work at one. We were going to drain and flush it with betadine but we didn't get anything out of the hole so we didn't want to do anything major. I will probably lance it today, although she will be extremely unhappy =(

I lanced the bumps but nothing came out, it was just like an air pocket... so i'm going to put some polysporin on them and see what happens.
