Spyro is shedding!

So I did notice that Spyro was awfully "scratchy" today. Didn't really know why he kept rubbing against things and I didn't really worry about it. Now I came back from lunch and I notice that he is shedding for the first time!(at least that I know of!) I have been misting his cage more often since I heard this helps their shedding! Im so exited! Any other tips? Remember this is my first chameleon so I have no clue what to do when they shed if there is anything that needs to be done. Leave comments as tips. and thanks :D

Keeping the humidity levels up with regular mistings is all you can do really. They do the rest themselves usually. Dont pick at their shedding skin though as it can do more damage than good.

yes dont dont dont pick even when he looks like he is so irritated cause a piece is stuck to his foot or forhead and eyes waldo hates those spots shedding i recently had our second one first only a few hrs this one thouh almost 3 days to finish i seen u said he was grumpy before, this is probibly why keep misting and note how much prettier hes fixing to be!

Vlad. I have to mention this only because your thread count is through the roof for such a short time.. Try to keep all your Cham "updates" to a single thread. Rather than make a new thread for every happening. It will also help save some bandwidth. (i guess it's the MOD in me talking)

Just saying. This way it's easy for you and the rest of the forum to follow.:)
