Problem: He fell about a month ago while I was taking his cage outside for sun and both black spots appeared the next day. This picture was taken right after and the large black spot is almost gone but the small one on his leg has stayed the same and seems "different" then the big one. It's middle is whitish pink and not black like the other. Could it be a fungus?

It could be a fungus but that doesn't come from a fall. Did the spot appear at the same time as the fall happened?

Dan is correct it is a bruise, relax. I guessed as much but wanted to made sure they happened the same time.

Oh good, I picked his cage up to bring it outside and while "carefully" maneuvering it around a corner hit the cage into the wall and he went down. All my fault:( Thank you both for the reply's!
