Chameleon Info: Nosy Be panther

Handling - 2 times a month for cleaning
Feeding - daily roaches and super worms and crickets

Placement - chams have own bedroom and cant see each other
Location -
Problem: He fell about a month ago while I was taking his cage outside for sun and both black spots appeared the next day. This picture was taken right after and the large black spot is almost gone but the small one on his leg has stayed the same and seems "different" then the big one. It's middle is whitish pink and not black like the other. Could it be a fungus?
