Looks like it !ight be feces with a urate attached to it. Sperm plugs are waxy then harden and shrink. They ones i have seen have two small leafs at the smaller end. Probably from sperm leaking from the two heads. Yes, the males have two heads on the penis which are tucked on either side of the vent. If a plug gets large, it can interfere with the formation Or expelling a proper urate.
