Some anniversaries

Four years ago today (August 30) I got my Thaxter. He was my second chameleon, preceded by Saccardo the Jackson's. Today he consented (somewhat warily) to pose on the deli cup he was shipped on; he's grown a wee tad since then.

Four years ago tomorrow, my Stepfather died of kidney cancer, having been given 3-6 months in March. 2005 was something of a rollercoaster.
