So Many Questions!

Now that Clouseau recognizes horn and silkworms as food, how many should I expect him to eat? He took 4 right away, they are small about 1/2 inch to an inch or so long. I left 6 or 7 more in his cage. I was wondering if I should offer crickets too?

I now have several silkworm cocoons, should I remove them from the container as they are done or leave them all and remove them at the same time? Can I put the cocoons in the fridge to delay development and then bring them all out together? Some cocoons have been done for a week or so. What to do:confused:

Depends on his age I guess? :)

I know that feeding amounts are related to the age of the chameleon. Clouseau is about 3 months old. He eventually ate all of the worms except one. I just want hime to get enough nutrition. Cricket amounts are all that are on the caresheet so I am a little at a loss for other feeders. I just got some small phoenix worms to try tomorrow.

Also have a few more cocoons but am not sure about leaving them in the container with other non-cocooned worms. Also about the fridge, will that delay development?

Feed him as much as he will eat in about 5 minutes. And at his age you can feed twice a day as much as he will eat in about 5 minutes.

Personally I feed my boys as much as they want and they have not over eaten to date, now if they started to over eat and get fat I would decrease of course.

The inspector and my little Jedi knight are now just over 4 months old btw (lol). Luke is loving Phoenix worms and Discoids (similar to Dubias). He stands up real high and runs over to his feeder cup when he sees me put either of them in his cup. He takes crickets too but they're not his favorite. Feed Clouseau an assortment of as much as you can find. Mix it up. One day one feeder, and then the next day something different. PB&J's aren't good every day of the week. Give him a mix.

He just had some Phoenix worms the past two days. I also gave him more silks and a baby horn. I just had some horns hatch so hopefully he will have some more in a few days. I haven't tried roaches yet.
