so i found this beetle.

He was hanging out in my roach bin. I have no idea what kind he is but I took a blurry picture lol. Anyone know if he's safe to feed to my cham? He's been gutloading this whole time so i doubt he's full of poison.

Any help is appreciated.

thats a darkling beetle aka. adult superworm, they are too chitinous when their shells dry but if you catch them right as they hatch when they are white and soft their good to feed. my chams go bonkers for them.

it's either a meal worm beetle or super worm beetle, if it is around 1" 1/2 it is a super worm beetle.

Superworm beetles are longer and narrower, it's a super beetle

His ass is going in the yard.
