My guy Reptar is so friendly and he actually enjoys me holding him. I have only read about them hating be handled but when I open his cage he climbs right onto my hand and will just sit with me. I guess this is a non-normal thing for them?
He is so comfortable with being handled and moved around that I can even pose him with things and he doesn't get stressed. His favorite place is to climb up me and sit in my hair.
He is a great subject and he just loves moving around and being held as long as it is only ME holding him or messing with him. My husband or anyone else comes near him and he puffs up and hisses.
