I don't know what that is. All I can give you is that I had the exact same issue with a WC Ch. gracilis a few years back; when I was still a beginner hobbyist.
Also, I'd have to agree with Jannb. Get it checked out. Never hurts to be too careful.
So it has developed in the last 2 weeks? If the cham hasn't always had this I would have a vet check it. Probably an abscess or cyst. It's odd though, I would think if it had an infection of the nailbed or toe the claw would be discolored or would drop off. Be aware, abscesses in herps don't have a liquid center as in mammals. The material is more like cheese so it will feel more solid and won't just dissipate on its own. Needs to be opened up and cleaned out. A cyst might be fairly solid too and may need to be removed entirely if it gets larger because it may damage the toe.
