Small White Bump below Jaw

I went to feed Napoleon this morning and noticed a white bump just below his lower jaw. It was not there last night, unless I somehow missed it. He is eating and drinking normally, and did not get defensive when I lightly touched the area. It also doesn't move.

Does anyone know what this may be? Should I be worried about it? There is a nearby exotic vet, if you think a visit is needed.

I can get a better picture later if necessary. Don't worry if I take a while to respond as I'm going to work now and will be out for eight hours.

Thank you ahead of time.

Chameleon Info:

* Your Chameleon - veiled, male, probably about 4 months old, been in my care around 3 months
* Handling - I only handle him if he willingly climbs onto me, except when moving him in order to clean.
* Feeding - crickets and superworms (looking into other feeders) gutloaded with kale, romaine, raspberries, apple, squash, zucchini, small amounts of shredded carrots, fed from a bowl or by hand, 10-13 small/medium crickets provided in the morning, one or two superworms added every few days
* Supplements - Zoo Med Repti Calcium w/o D3 5 days of the week, Flukers Calcium with D3 (no phosphorus) and Rep-Cal Herptivite 1 day on alternating weeks
* Watering - dripper set on slow drip - drips about half a day, hand-mist twice per day due to naturally high humidity of the area, have witnessed him drinking more recently (used to be a secretive drinker)
* Fecal Description - solid, one part black one part white
* History - He has been with me most of his so far short life and has not had any previous health problems.
Cage Info:

* Cage Type - 2'x2'x4' aluminum screen cage from LLLReptiles
* Lighting - linear 5.0 reptiglo, exo terra day glo 50w
* Temperature - 85 in basking spot, 70 at bottom in summer (now 65-68), measured with Fluker's digital thermo-hygrometer
* Humidity - humidity is naturally 50-65% or slightly higher, maintain humidity with hand-misting, measure with thermo-hygrometer mentioned above
* Plants - the cage currently has only fake plants, cleaned weekly, and he overnights on a schefflera outside the cage
* Placement - the cage is in a back corner of my bedroom, not near any air vents or fans, but close to a window. no other animals are allowed into this room
* Location - northwest Ohio

The most likely answers I've found so far are parasite, fungus, infection (possibly caused by a bite from a feeder) or that this is just part of his skin. Does anybody have any guess what this could be and how I might be able to try to help him at home? I don't mind taking him to the vet if needed, but I worked today and I won't be able to make an appointment tomorrow, since it will be Sunday.

Edit: Sorry for double posting, I'm worried... I also added my responses to the how to ask for help form.

It's hard to get a good picture since it's so tiny...

It sure doesn't look like anything serious but I hate to tell you that and have it turn out to be something. I would just keep an eye on it. If it continues to grow, then maybe a vet visit is in order. I wouldn't panic. Your husbandry looks fine and you seem to be taking very good care of your chameleon. i know it is hard not to worry but most likely it is nothing.

That's what my girlfriend said, and what I've been hoping to hear from some more people. Thank you for the reassurance. I will certainly be watching it. :)

I'm guessing I know the answer to this question, but just to be sure: I went into the room to give the crickets new food and check on Napoleon and the bump is gone... is that probably normal? :) My guess would be that he shed it off.
