sleeping question

Being we only had Rango for 6 days, i am not sure what he is suppose to look like when he is sleeping. But last night he looked very skinny while sleeping on his branch.Normally he is all fat ( flat but tall if that makes any sense) but it looked like all the air was sucked from him and he was super long and skinny LOL

he woke up and is back to his full self but it was very strange to see. Just wanted to add he is a veiled cham not sure what the age but he is a good size

They can make themselves skinny while sleeping. no worries.
they make themselves wider during the day so that they can gather more heat. he is just fine.
