Zoomed makes Reptivite with or without D3, you need to look at the little bottle to see what it says.
I don't think there's any reason to shy away from Petco crickets. I order my crickets from Petco online. They have healthy brown crickets which is not that common these days.
Every Petco I know does feed their crickets well. They have food and water crystals in their bins and just about every clerk has put a bit of food and water crystal in the bags when I've bought them in store.
However, most people here will tell you that the commercial food Petco uses is good for raising crickets but not so good for feeding chameleons. You might want to give your crickets an overnight with some veggies and fruits before feeding them to your chameleons.
