My little guy is very healthy and happy but id like to do a lil more for him.. Hes 3 to 4 months old and I want to help him grow with a good gutload. He lives off of crickets with a few meal worms for now cuz all the other insects available seem too large. Any input appreciated.

Type in gutload has made a huge difference to the search and read the thread, i done this yesterday and it seems fine so far:) and its pretty simple.

There are plenty of options if you can buy the right sized insects online. Things like Calciworms (phoenix worms), silkworms, dubia roaches. Here is a great list of useful feeders - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/74-feeders.html

Same blog for the gutload info - https://www.chameleonforums.com/blogs/sandrachameleon/75-feeder-nutrition-gutloading.html
There are commercially available gutloads available too. Look for things like cricket crack and repashy bug burger. Avoid Flukers gutloads, they are rubbish........

Dubia roaches

I have a 4 mos old veiled...is he too small for nymph dubia roaches? I've heard meal worms have too much exoskeleten for him until he is 6 mos. So far crickets (small) and silk worms (but just a few). He eats good.

Small silkies are good, they don't need dusting as they are full of calcium. They are not like waxworms which are full of fat.:)

I gave mine small-medium dubias since about that age.
